The Fred's Texas Cafe Community Support Initiative is an ongoing project that aims to collaborate with local nonprofit organizations to serve and uplift our community.
As part of this initiative, we will be showcasing the impactful work of local nonprofits and contributing a portion of our sales to their causes on a designated day each quarter. By partnering with organizations that prioritize the betterment of community well-being, Fred's Texas Cafe is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our neighbors.
All January Long - Restock the Classroom Drive
Bring in a supply bundle (pencils, dry erase markers, facial tissues, hand sanitizer, and post-it notes), and we’ll treat you to a Fred’s float of your choice.
We’re collecting supplies for the following local schools:
Camp Bowie: Luella Merrett Elementary, Leonard Middle School, and Western Hills High
Western Center: Gililland Elementary, Highland Middle School, and Saginaw High
Make a difference, sip a float, and support the stars of our community—our teachers!
Stone’s Throw:
At Fred's Texas Cafe, we're all about community, good times, and great food. That's why we're excited to announce our ongoing partnership with Stone's Throw Farms! Starting this August, we're teaming up with them to bring a farm stand pop-up every first Friday of the month to bring our Fred's family fresh, healthy, and accessible food options straight from the farm. We'll alternate locations between our Camp Bowie and Western Center spots through December. We believe in creating opportunities for everyone to enjoy nutritious, farm-fresh food, and we couldn't be prouder to support Stone's Throw Farms Co.'s unique mission. Come on down and buy some fresh produce at Fred's! Check out the schedule below to see when and where to catch the stand next!
