 Western Experience Catering

Let the "OUTLAW CHEF" cater your next party for a dining experience, unmatched, anywhere, at any price. TERRY CHANDLER, chef and owner of the famous FRED’S TEXAS CAFE in Ft. Worth, Texas, cooks outside, on site, over a live fire, with cowboy gear, or, ranch style gourmet food for parties of any size, in your home. He brings a unique Texas experience, based upon his vast repertoire of cooking skills, and delivers a unique gastronomic experience to your guests. 

TERRY will also work with hunters and fishermen at camp sites all over the country. On these trips, the OUTLAW CHEF can provide breakfast and lunch service for your guests, as well as dinner. No party is too big or small, and no location is too remote. He can get to any site, regardless of the terrain.

The OUTLAW CHEF has a Period Chuck Wagon for a true cowboy "on the trail" dining experience. (Some remote locations will require an additional charge).

All parties are cooked at location of event.

GOURMET BURGER BAR - $21 per person plus sales tax and 20% gratuity

You get Fred's famous 1/2 pound burgers with an assortment of hot and cold sides to pile on, as well as Fred's famous hand cut French fries.

 

DELUXE TACO BUFFET - $22 per person plus sales tax and 20% gratuity

You get two different kinds of taco meats from which to choose - beef, pork or chicken.  Also includes charro beans, Mexican rice, salsa, guacamole, sour cream and all the fixings.

 

RANCH RIB-EYE STEAK DINNER - $40 per person plus sales tax and 20% gratuity

This package includes grilled rib-eye steak, mashed potatoes, veggies cabron (an assortment of grilled veggies in a light ranchero sauce with melted goat cheese), bread and salad.

 

COWBOY LUAU  - $2500  plus sales tax and 20% gratuity - feeds 100 to 150 people

This package includes a whole roasted pig, with a fire roasted chipotle pineapple sauce, charro beans, Mexican rice and all the fixings
